The Helicopter Factory is a unique condo development housed in what was once the factory of Emile Berliner - inventor of the flat disc gramophone, the gyro engine, and an early version of the modern helicopter.  

I used archival black & white photographs of Emile Berliner and his helicopter juxtaposed with modern-day color photographs - in an effort to pay homage to the history of this property while also showcasing the beauty of its new residences.
