The best type of real estate Agent is one that truly knows the communities in which they specialize in. I created The Local Standard as a way to help real estate Agents showcase that they are well-informed of all the neighborhood events & happenings. From parades and concerts, to the grand opening of a new book store or cafe – The Local Standard is 100% not real estate related, which sometimes is exactly the type of marketing a real estate agent needs. Initially I created this concept for the DC/MD/VA Sotheby’s International Realty offices (in which I am the Creative Director), however in 2023, The Sotheby’s International Realty Brand embraced this concept as a brand-wide campaign – making it a marketing asset for 25,000+ Sotheby’s Agents across 80 countries worldwide.
