ListModern

I worked with modern architecture group ListModern to design a marketing book that showcases their unique niche of buying & selling the most extraordinary modern homes in the Washington Metropolitan Region. The 24-page, perfect-bound book was produced with a subtle blind embossed logo, and printed on luxurious, eco-friendly, 100% post consumer fiber paper. The design utilizes geometric-shaped photography masks - inspired by the shapes that occur within the ListModern logo.
